ingredients
- Kale
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- dash of salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350'F
- Rip 4-5 large leaves of kale into small piece, about 1 inch in diameter
- Place on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and rub into leaves, making sure each piece is lightly coated
- Sprinkle with salt to taste
- Spread pieces out on the baking sheet so they are not over lapping
- Bake for 10-15 minutes
- Chips are done when crispy and starting to brown
