Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 5-6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Simply add all ingredients to your food processor and blend until smooth, adding more olive oil or some chickpea juice to reach your desired consistency
